Brighton Etsy Blog Hop

Hi! I’ve been nominated by some lovely person from the Brighton Etsy Team to answer some questions about what inspired me to open my Etsy shop, what my goals are and what I’m currently working on. I opened my shop a week ago so I’m very new to all of this and although I’m glad I finally took the plunge I really am wondering what’s in store next (no pun intended! lol) It all started over a year ago when I started blogging on the theme of Make, Do and Mending. I loved the interaction with people on social media and I loved how inspiring it all was but also how educational it was. It really made me think about how I’d like to apply the green issues to my own creative work. I’m currently working on a needle-felted Easter wreath in preparation for a Micro Teach session next week which will (hopefully!) help me gain a teaching qualification. My goal for the next six months is to produce more artwork and to upload more products on to Etsy. Thanks for reading! Kat x P.S. My new blog can be found at http://www.ohsewkitty.com P.P.S I nominate Jo Porter from http://www.craftyjodesigns.co.uk
