Gorgeous Gingham

Gingham is a favourite fabric. For me it evokes childhood memories of freshly washed and pressed curtains, keeping to straight lines in sewing classes and a general sense of order mixed with nostalgia. I find it creeps into my projects, whether it’s little stuffed lavender hearts, greetings cards or even large scale freehand machine stitched mixed media projects. 🙂
